What am i up to?
Welcome to New York!
In October 2021, Nicolette FINALLY made the move to NYC! She is so excited to live in her favorite city!

She Got a Masters!
Five years and two degrees later, Nicolette officially finished her time at Shenandoah in May, graduating with a Master of Science in Performing Arts Leadership and Management. She is so grateful for the professors, mentors, and study buddies who helped her get there, and so excited to start her multi-hyphenate future!

Grad School is in Session!
Nicolette has been using this quarantined time to complete her masters degree! She got a 4.0 this semester, and in May, she'll have an MS in Performing Arts Leadership and Management from Shenandoah Conservatory!

A Summer at LAByrinth!
Over the summer, Nicolette worked virtually at LAByrinth Theater Company, a New York- based Off-Broadway house, as an administrative intern. She assisted their annual Intensive Ensemble (on Zoom this year) by overseeing, creating, and distributing daily schedules to all students, facilitators, and staff.

"Due to the COVID-19 pandemic..."
Famous last words...
While Nicolette was excited to announce her first post-grad contract with Shenandoah Summer Music Theatre in Winchester, VA (as Sister Mary Theresa in SISTER ACT and ensemble in HELLO, DOLLY! and CINDERELLA), she remains hopeful to hit the SSMT stage in the future!

Holiday Gala 2019
Nicolette represented the musical theatre department and spread holiday cheer as a featured vocalist in Shenandoah's Holiday Gala, an annual event for the university's donors!

A Very Queen Summer
In the summer of 2018, Nicolette had a rockin' time in the Northeastern Regional Premiere of WE WILL ROCK YOU, at Smithtown Center for the Performing Arts on Long Island, NY! She was in ensemble and a principal swing in this iconic Queen musical.

Babylon Chorale Social Media Coordinator
Nicolette recently signed on as the new Social Media Coordinator for the Babylon Chorale, a Long Island-based professional choir, to assist them with social media marketing campaigns & rebranding.

Back to Summer Camp!
Nicolette is so excited to spend the summer playin' improv games and teachin' kids! As the new Acting Instructor at Smithtown Center for the Performing Arts's Summer Theatre Intensive, she will teach acting classes and direct a culminating musical showcase with campers age 6-17. And as a former camper herself, Nicolette loves this full circle moment.

Saving Up for NYC!
Nicolette has also been taking advantage of this time to save money to move to New York in 2021: nannying two sweet boys, and teaching virtual musical theatre lessons and classes for teens and adults with special needs at The Music Academy for Special Learners!

Got that BFA, baby!
Nicolette just graduated Magna Cum Laude from Shenandoah Conservatory with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre...on Zoom! Much love and thanks to her MT Class Of 2020 (click here to check out the digital showcase!), professors, and parents!

Sit Down, John!

Hello, Senior Year!
After a wonderful (and busy!) summer, Nicolette is ready to take on senior year of the BFA! This year, she will be working as an assistant to the conservatory's managing director, the senior producer for The Playwrights Performance Group, and the performance committee head for Alpha Psi Omega- all while preparing for agents...and the real world!

Julian Marsh is Doin' a Show!
When not at the Theatre Forward office, Nicolette spent the summer of 2019 tappin' up a storm as Phyllis Dale in 42nd STREET at Smithtown Center for the Performing Arts on Long Island, NY!

It's a Privilege to PEE!
Nicolette kicked off her junior year in the ensemble of URINETOWN at Shenandoah Conservatory! As the understudy for Pennywise, she even went on for two dress rehearsals (pictured below) while Ms. Pennywise was recovering from illness. Playing this role with no rehearsals and short notice was an absolutely life-changing experience.
